Orders
Welcome to carmakoma.com where you can find fashion wear and accessories for women and girls. All the items on this site can be purchased online. Just choose an item of interest and pick your size and colour. Click the button "Add to basket" to put items in your shopping basket. Using this procedure it is possible to add more items to your basket. When you are ready to pay just click Indkøbskurv. Keep your shipment address and credit card information ready for payment.
All prices include VAT.

Shipment
A 20 euro shipment fee is added to all purchases from outside Denmark.
Time of delivery: 1-3 working days depending on when the order is received. The products will be shipped via PostDanmark (Danish post services). Any orders submitted before 12 p.m. on working days will be shipped on the same day. The delivered products can be returned within 14 days.
Right of cancellation
Final sale items with 70% off can not be returned and are nonrefundable.
In case you regret your purchase it is possible to return any item within 14 days of the date the product was received. Should you regret your purchase the product has to be returned in the substantially same condition as received. Return shipment expenses will be covered by you. We will repay the money to your account within 7 days. Please enclose your name, invoice number and your request for a refund, preferably written on a copy of your invoice. When returning the product please inform us of your sort code (4 digits) and account number (7-10 digits) of the bank account to which the money should be transferred. A cheque fee of 15,00 kroner will be charged if you do not inform us of your bank account information.
It is also possible to regret your purchase by refusing to receive the delivery.
Claims
carmakoma.com inspects all items before shipping. May you find a defect on our product please return it and enclose a complaint. The product will be repaired or replaced by a new delivery within 7 days of the date the product was received. If we are not able to replace the product the paid amount will be refunded within 7 days. Additionally, we refer to the two year time limit for claims in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Is it secure to use my credit card online?
The transmission is approved by (www.pbs.dk) which ensures you the most secure transaction possible. A small "Secure Server" icon will appear in your browser window when you are in a secure zone. With Internet Explorer and Firefox this icon will appear as a padlock.
Can I pick up my order directly from your stock?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up any products yourself as all orders are sent by mail service.
